Kevin Clark-Holmes: 86th Montana Jaycees State
President Hello Montana! I’m honored to serve as your 86th State President, coming from my home chapter of the Hi-Line (Havre) Jaycees. After 9 years as a Jaycee, my passion for the organization continues to grow. I’ve served on the state board for 5 years and been active on my local chapter's board for 7 years, gaining experience in every board position along the way. One of my main goals is to connect with chapters across the state, building relationships that will help us achieve our shared goals. I’ve earned a few nicknames over the years, which brings me joy, knowing I’ve made a lasting impression on those I’ve worked with. I’m driven and motivated, and I take pride in personalizing the Jaycee experience for each individual. I believe in empowering our members by recognizing their strengths and creating opportunities for growth, both personally and for our chapters. My name is Shannon Wicks and I am the Montana Jaycees 2025 State Vice President. Along with my husband Dan, I moved to the Sidney area in January of 2015. I am originally from a small town in the Lower Peninsula of Michigan, where my families background in civic roles and various organizations had a significant impact on my upbringing and passion for community betterment. I was introduced to the Jaycees by a coworker in 2018. After volunteering at a local event and attending a couple meetings, I made the awesome decision to become a Jaycees member. Since then, I have held several board and committee positions within the Richland County Jaycees, Miles City Jaycees and I have had the honor of being the Montana Jaycees 2023 and 2024 Community Development VP. My goals as the 2025 State Vice President are: Assist 2025 State President, Kevin Clark-Holmes in continuing to build better bridges between the state board and local chapters. Facilitate resources and opportunities for Montana Jaycees to receive recognition for individual and chapter achievements at the national level (JCI USA). Revitalization of several state programs. To achieve these goals, the state board has come up with a few ideas that will be implemented throughout the year with the collaboration of the local chapters. I am Rachel Bartlett and I am the chairwoman of the board of the Hi-Line Jaycees and your Montana State Community Vice President. I’m Haley, your 2025 State Membership Vice President. This is my fifth year as a Jaycee and second year on the state board. I am a member of JCI Hi-Line but I reside in Lewistown with my other half and our fur baby. We also have three kids that keep us on our toes. I have served in a variety of roles during the past five (almost six) years and am very excited to continue my journey on the state board. I got started in the Jaycees because of a project I was spearheading in my community, and I stayed because of the people, and the opportunities for growth and change. Born in the energetic pulse of Las Vegas, she now resides in the vast quiet plains of Havre, Montana - where she is an active member in her home chapter, JCI Hi-Line Jaycees. In 2025, she takes on the esteemed positions of Montana Jaycees Secretary/Treasurer and local Hi-Line Jaycees Treasurer, as well as serving as one of three Directors for the new Junior Jaycees program, bringing her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to service to these vital roles. Beyond her professional and civic endeavors, Kim finds joy in the simple pleasures of life: the awe-inspiring beauty of nature and the vastness of space, the warmth of family and friends, the culinary arts, and the continuous pursuit of knowledge. I play rhythm guitar and sing in a band. The band I play in is called Time in the Saddle. I currently work as a welder on tanker railroad cars. I am Annabeth, your 2025 Montana State Chaplain! This is my third year as a Jaycee and first as a member of the state board. I live in Lewistown but am a member of the Hi-Line Jaycees. I served as their secretary last year and have taken on chaplain locally in addition to my state role this year. My wife and I have three kids and one fur-baby. I have worked in healthcare for most of my life, so when I found out about the Jaycees, I saw the perfect opportunity to add another avenue to my life where I could use my passion for service to humanity. I have always been a safe place for people who need support, advice and encouragement and am looking forward to putting that to use for the Montana Jaycees as we strive to find our light in 2025! I have a bachelors degree in criminal justice. I have been a License Addiction Counselor for the Department of Corrections for 8 years. Two of my passions are helping people and horses. I have two personal horses and five horses with the department of corrections. I have two worthless Cow dogs that I love and two horses plus a wonderful husband. I have been able to enjoy both national and state conventions through the years along with North American Academy and State President Retreat. I’m excited to lead from behind this year as your Immediate Past President. I have grown through my Jaycees career so many ways, and want to share that with all of you throughout the year. You can also email me at asnider139@gmail.com Harleigh Manley: 2025 Presidential Advisor (Emotional Support Racoon) Harleigh started her Jaycee career in 2013 with the Sidney Montana Jaycees. She started her leadership positions as the co-chair of the largest event the chapter held at that time, moving to the position of chair in 2016 proving to be one of the most successful years the event had seen in its 40 years. In 2017 she served as the chapter president for Sidney. She has held numerous local positions leading up and following her local presidency as well as Management Vice President, Community Vice President, Individual Development Vice President, and Vice President at the State level in the years following. She served as the 84th State President for the Big Sky State of Montana. Harleigh has a deep love for the commitment to community that the rest of JCI shares. Her main focus as a National Vice President lies with engaging members and showing them the worth they hold to not only their state but JCI USA as a whole. She has a strong passion for positive change in JCI USA, which she hopes to accomplish with her unwillingness to back down from any challenge. In her years of service to the Jaycees she has always prided herself on her decision making skills in tough situations, as well as her strong-willed attitude towards her goals. Harleigh spends her time outside of the Jaycees as an Account Executive for Townsquare Media, extending her ability to market the Jaycees in the best ways possible. She and her husband own a Hot Sauce company outside of her day job.
